Table Tennis is a participation sport, suitable for all levels. We run social and recreational programmes such as Active Schools, Youth Leadership Programme, Bat & Chat, Women in Sport and Para Programme.  These projects provide opportunities for keeping fit, social engagement, meeting up with old friends, and encountering new friends.  Ultimately, the aim is to create active communities and build active and healthy minds and bodies.
