Active Clubs Survey

As one of our active clubs from the 2025/26 season, you may recall completing a brief questionnaire to update your membership numbers. We kindly request your assistance once again, as it’s time to gather this information. Tracking club development and membership growth helps us demonstrate the expansion of table tennis in the province, which is crucial for securing additional funding to support the sport.

Attached below is a table designed to collect the necessary information. Please fill it out, indicating the number of members in each category. For our purposes, “members” include anyone who plays at your club from the 27th April 2025, regardless of whether they pay membership fees or pay as you go players.

We understand that categorising members with disabilities can be challenging. The Equality Commission recommends the following categories:

  • Physical impairment
  • Visual impairment
  • Intellectual impairment
  • Hearing impairment
  • Neurodiversity
  • Difficulty with learning, remembering, or concentrating (e.g., dyslexia)
  • Psychological or emotional condition or mental health issue
  • Other chronic illness, hidden condition, or difficulty
  •

(See appendix bottom of page)

Please take a few minutes and complete by 27/10/25
