On Sunday, 1st December, Osmond TTC hosted the third round of the Junior Table Tennis Challenger at the Coleraine West Community Centre. The event saw an impressive turnout of 33 participants, much to the delight of the host club. Following the group stages, the competition was divided into three divisions.
Division Three was claimed by Jim Glencross (Irish Society PS), with Annie McDonald (Irish Society PS) finishing as runner-up.
Division Two saw Jamie Morrison (Ballycastle High) take the top spot, while Caithyn Warwick (Irish Society PS) secured the runner-up position.
In the main competition, Jack Bailie (Ormeau TTC) emerged victorious, defeating Erdem Mehmed (Mourne TTC) in a thrilling final. The semi-finalists were Reece Maguire (Mourne TTC) and Tobias Gal (Ormeau TTC).
Osmond TTC expressed their gratitude for the incredible turnout, the dedication of parents who brought their children to the event, and the support provided by the Causeway Coast and Glens Sports Development Unit as well as Table Tennis Ulster.
